It was a great day for the Ilkley Gift Card on Wednesday 20th July when sales went through the roof with a record number of 64 (value £1405) sold in one day and 55 of those purchased in Ilkley’s Visitor Information Centre.
Sarah Lyles, owner of Attic Womenswear boutique in the Crescent Courtyard, accepted a £100 gift card as payment when parents of a local school clubbed together to buy a gift card for a special teacher instead of individual presents. The teacher, who lives outside Ilkley, was reportedly delighted with her gift and happy to be able to choose something special for herself.

We can now confirm that as of 21st July 2022 over £7k worth of gift cards have been sold and there’s currently £6k waiting to be spent. There are 77 Ilkley Businesses signed up to accept the card – see them here.
