Ilkley BID have arranged for design and creation of 30 lamp post banners which will be installed throughout the Grove and Brook Street.
To share the cost of installation, the banners will be displayed in between the scheduled times of Ilkley Carnival, Ilkley Literature and Ilkley Tennis Tournament banners.
