Supporting businesses with the Shop Safe app to combat shoplifting and anti-social behaviour.

First Aid Training

Supporting businesses in achieving legal compliance with staff first-aid training.

Public Wifi

Public Wi-Fi is now available in 11 locations in the town center, the Ilkley Lido, the Ben Rhydding shops area, and the Ben Rhydding playing fields through the Ilkley BID platform. Visitors can access marketing messages that lead them directly to the Discover Ilkley website showcasing local businesses and retailers.


