The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. Having the correct first aid provision in the workplace is not just a legal requirement, it is incredibly important for the safety of all members of staff!
Ilkley BID arranged and facilitated a comprehensive first aid training session specifically for BID businesses. The combined Qualsafe Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF) course was expertly delivered by PACO FIRST AID and generously hosted at Clip ‘n Climb Ilkley.
By providing local teams with the opportunity to equip themselves with essential, life-saving skills, this initiative not only empowers our business members but also reinforces our core dedication to making Ilkley a safe, secure, and welcoming place for everyone to shop, visit, and work.
