In 2010, a life-long fascination with architecture and interiors led Bess away from a successful career as a solicitor, into the world of interior design.
Bess quickly became one of the leading interior designers in the area and she has since worked on some amazing homes for clients in and around Yorkshire. Bess has won multiple industry and community Design Awards and is one of only a handful of interior designers in Yorkshire who is recognised by the British Institute for Interior Designers.
Bess has developed a distinctive and expressive “Modern English” aesthetic, inspired by the ever-changing palette from our captivating local landscape. This comes through in the colours, textures, materials and finishes that Bess selects for her clients’ schemes.
An exacting attention to detail and desire for technical accuracy ensures that Bess’s designs become the delivered reality. She will never compromise on style or standard of finish as can be seen through examples of her bespoke joinery, furniture and detailing.
Bess has a small team of highly skilled designers and project managers supporting her in the delivery of large, complex projects. This support enables Bess to keep a close eye on the detail to ensure that every design remains true to her vision.
