On Monday 11th and 18th November, we are hosting Shipley College who are coming to deliver two days of Customer Service Training. This incorporates City & Guilds level 2 in Customer Service and also World Host training, the highly regarded training which was completed by all London Olympic Games volunteers.
Providing both days are attended, the courses are completely free (value of £340) and we will be providing lunch.
