Ilkley BID has signed up for the Place Dashboard software which will enable us to monitor footfall in the town. The software is able to roll back the data by 12 months which will be useful in seeing pre-covid levels and measure progress in returning to the same level of town centre visitors.
Dwell time, movement around the town and the approximate area the visitor has travelled from will be available and will be very useful data enabling us to undertake targeted marketing of the Discover Ilkley campaign.
