Funded Training Courses

Under our committment to supporting Ilkley Businesses we have arranged free staff training courses for BID Members.  In conjuction with World Host a free customer service training day was arranged in November 2019.

In January 2020, Ilkley BID and Ilkley Business Forum held a joint event with professional speaker Nick Bramley delivering an interactive and informative session covering his ‘top tips’ on making the most of any networking opportunity. The evening was well attended, and we hope to develop a series of events with IBF over the coming months.
