As the Ilkley BID have offices in the Town Hall, we’ve been able to negotiate free room hire of the large office next door, within the Town Hall.
The meeting room seats 16 people and whilst you may not want to hold meetings with your clients there (it’s in need of some TLC and a lick of paint), it’s a great place to hold larger internal staff meetings if you don’t have a space like this available at your premises.

We’d estimate that to hire a space like this for a couple of hours might cost in the region of £40, but BID Members are welcome to book it once a month for free.
