In response to levy payers’ concerns about the possibility of the town centre being quiet on Coronation day, Ilkley BID arranged for Coronation themed family friendly activities throughout the town to encourage visitors to Ilkley.

- Life-size Royal character cutouts placed around town for selfies.
- Attractive bunting to decorate shop windows.
- The Discover Ilkley social media channels were utilised to share and promote business offerings.
