BID Manager – Ilkley – salary up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience – up to full time with flexibility including some weekends and evenings
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ilkley BID. After 18 very successful months, our current BID manager is starting a new venture and will be leaving us soon. She has helped deliver the Ilkley BID and successfully produced many events and initiatives- we wish her every success in her next venture.
As such, we are now seeking a permanent replacement; someone who will make Ilkley town centre an even more vibrant and prosperous place, increasing our visitors and helping our businesses to further flourish.
Ilkley has ambitious development proposals underway, supported by the BID’s business plan to keep the Town a thriving, historic location. This role is an exciting opportunity to help build our business plans even further.
The BID Board are seeking an exceptional candidate who will be committed to Ilkley with proven experience of working closely with businesses within a town centre environment.
The successful candidate must be able to work with key performance indicators and service level agreements, with an in-depth understanding of the needs of a busy town centre, the challenges of running a business, and possess extensive partnering experience. They must therefore be self-driven, able to work on their own initiative and take a proactive approach to work activity.
